Pricing questions

What does the retainer cover?
Your infrastructure - sending domains, email warmup, enrichment tools, data providers, AI models, LinkedIn automation, and reporting dashboards. Everything that keeps the outbound system running.
How does billing work?
Retainer is invoiced at the start of each month. Meeting fees are invoiced at the end of each month based on qualified meetings held. First month includes the one-time setup fee.
What if you don't hit the meeting target?
The targets are goals, not guarantees. But if we consistently underperform, you can cancel after the 3-month minimum - no penalties. We only win when you win.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Outbound systems need time to ramp. Month 1 is infrastructure and warmup. Month 2 is optimization. Month 3 is when everything compounds. Cutting early means cutting before the results hit.
Can I upgrade mid-contract?
Yes. You can move up a tier anytime. The new retainer and per-meeting rate kick in the following month.
